C'è un ristorante a pochi passi. Ci sono due chiese belle e importanti e una bella comunità di persone.
La proprietà ha anche svolto un'ottima attività di affitto, dove il cottage può essere affittato come Bed and Breakfast separato o affittando l'intera casa. Per i mesi estivi ci si può aspettare affitti di ca. 2.250-2.500 a settimana, anche a Natale e Capodanno.
