Für Liebhaber der Natur und des Friedens bieten wir dieses wunderschöne Landhaus in Arcigliano in den nahe gelegenen Hügeln oberhalb von Pistoia (10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Das Anwesen befindet sich in ca. 2 ha Olivenhainen in Produktion, Wiesen und Wäldern.

Das Anwesen wurde kürzlich komplett renoviert und mit den neuesten Technologien ausgestattet. Heizung und Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Netto Innenfläche von rd. 200m2., ohne Veranden und überdachte Außenbereiche.
