Dimora del Giardino segreto is located in the heart of in a small very well maintained hamlet, made up entirely of ancient stone houses, located in the hills of Pescaglia, municipality of Lucca.

La proprietà comprende due fabbricati adiacenti, la dimora principale di 14 vani e una superficie di ca. 419m2, e la dependance per gli ospiti di 4 vani con una superficie di ca. 92m2.

La Dimora del Giardino segreto fu ristrutturata da un noto architetto, conservando la storicità degli edifici, preservando gli antichi materiali presenti e nello stesso tempo conferendo con il suo progetto di ristrutturazione agli interni una nota di freschezza e modernità.

Vista da fuori uno non si aspetta di trovare degli spazi all’aperto, invece all’interno della dimora troviamo loggiati in pietra e piccole resede scoperte, una meravigliosa ampia terrazza con vista aperta sulla valle, ma la chicca inaspettata è un piccolo giardino segreto, con sedute al fresco sotto l’ombra di palme, mimose, camelie, collegato alla loggia che diventa zona pranzo all’aperto.

1. Dimora principale, edificata completamente in pietra, disposto su tre piani compreso il seminterrato, con accesso dalla via comunale antistante e così composto:

al piano seminterrato, da due vani ad uso cantina oltre a forno, disimpegno/ingresso secondario, locale tecnico, vano caldaie, wc, oltre sala biliardo ed altro soggiorno, loggiato e piccola resede scoperta.

al piano terra, da ingresso, ripostiglio, soggiorno, cucina, sala pranzo, camera e bagno, oltre ampia terrazza;

al piano primo, da soppalco/disimpegno, disimpegno, camera con bagno privato ed altra camera, altro soppalco/disimpegno e studio; i piani sono uniti fra loro da scale interne.

1. Il secondo fabbricato, sempre edificato completamente in pietra, disposto su tre piani compreso il seminterrato, con accesso indipendente dalla via comunale antistante e così composto:

al piano seminterrato, da un unico vano ad uso cantina e da resede esclusiva ad uso giardino sue due lati, con antico forno, il tutto in consistenza con l'abitazione stessa;

Il borgo è raggiungibile da strada asfaltata, offre un grande parcheggio fuori dal paese, la casa dista pochi minuti a piedi, tuttavia con una piccola vettura si può arrivare direttamente alla proprietà per carico / scarico, ma senza la possibilità di parcheggio.
